Please try to place an order 10+ days in advance. if possible. This allows us to ensure we can harvest the best maile material available and ship your lei to arrive on time. Depending on availability, we can sometimes fullfill orders for 1-2 lei within 48 hours. We ship all products, Lei & Mea Maile, throughout Hawaii and the United States, anywhere that USPS and FedEx deliver. We give you the choice of shipping speed for Mea Maile but only offer overnight shipping for lei to ensure it arrives in the freshest condition possible. We appreciate your kokua of our small business by covering the shipping costs. We pass any negotiated rates we receive from shipping carriers.

Mea Maile should be stored in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. Keeping products sealed retains freshness for as long as possible and prevents exposure to contaminants. Mea Maile should be consumed within 6 to 12 months of purchase.

We mist and pack lei in a compostable bag for you to easily store in the fridge. Upon arrival, please open your lei and inspect it for moisture. If it is dry, please mist lightly with some cool water and place back into the fridge (near the front to prevent frosting) until ready to be gifted. You can give the bag to the recipient so they can continue to store the lei in the fridge to use a few more times before hanging.

Spray Maile Botanical Fragrance on the wrists and neck, immediately after applying Maile Balm, as our moisturizer aids in helping the scent linger as long as possible.
